Start to Finish
Start to Finish is HEART's most comprehensive advocacy service. From the time you suspect your child may have special needs, HEART will partner with you to discuss your child's educational needs. These may include academic/psychological evaluations, referral to special education, 504 services, and qualification for services followed by the design of individualized educational programming. HEART advocates will help you navigate the special education or 504 process and empower you to make informed decisions concerning your child's education.
